All orders are delivered by express courier, under safe conditions, so that the products arrive in perfect condition.

What is the delivery time?

Products are delivered within 2-5 business days from the completion of the order.
For custom-made products, the delivery time may vary depending on complexity and will be communicated in advance.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free within Romania.

Do you offer international deliveries?

For deliveries outside Romania, please contact us directly for details and personalized costs.

ORDER AND PRODUCTS

Are the products handmade?

Yes. All PEARLEE products are handmade from Japanese silk, and each flower is individually crafted and painted.

Are the products identical to those in the pictures?

The products adhere to the design presented, but there may be slight natural variations, typical of handmade items. These differences make each piece unique.

What materials are used?

We use:

  • high-quality Japanese silk
  • natural cultured pearls (for models that include them)
  • premium elements for structure and finish

Are the products durable?

Yes. The products are designed to last throughout the event, being lightweight and comfortable to wear.

What payment methods are accepted?

Yes, all displayed prices are final.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Can I return a product?

Products can be returned within 14 days, only if:

  • they have not been worn
  • they show no signs of use

    Can custom-made products be returned?

Customized or custom-made products cannot be returned, as they are created specifically for the customer.

PACKAGING

Are the products gift-wrapped?

Yes. All PEARLEE products are carefully and elegantly packaged, suitable for special events.

QUALITY & WARRANTY

Do the products have a warranty?

Yes. Products benefit from a warranty for manufacturing defects.

What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by improper handling
  • impacts or normal wear and tear
