WARRANTY PERIOD – PEARLEE
The warranty period for PEARLEE products is 12 months for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
The authenticity and characteristics of the materials used — Japanese silk, natural cultured pearls (where applicable), and premium decorative elements — are guaranteed.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
The customer benefits from the possibility to exchange the product only once, within 14 days from the date of purchase, only by presenting the fiscal receipt or invoice (in case of online orders) and only if:
- the product has not been worn after purchase
- it shows no signs of wear caused by improper handling
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Consumer rights comply with the provisions of GEO no. 140/2021 on the sale of goods and related guarantees, as well as with GO no. 21/1992 on consumer protection.
These rights are not affected by the warranty conditions offered by PEARLEE.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
The warranty does not cover damage caused to the product as a result of:
- failure to follow maintenance instructions
- accidents, negligence or improper use
- exposure to water, humidity or chemicals
- deformation of decorative elements (flowers, pearls)
- other factors not related to material or manufacturing defects

Are the products gift-wrapped?
Yes. All PEARLEE products are carefully and elegantly packaged, suitable for special occasions.
NOTE
The guarantee provided ensures consumer rights according to the legislation in force, namely GEO no. 140/2021 and GO no. 21/1992 on consumer protection.
